Terms of Service.

1. General Provisions

The Hambax Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") provides a technical solution for purchasing tickets to events organized by third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Organizers").

By using the Platform, the user (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") agrees to the terms of this Terms of Service.

Hambax is not the organizer of any events and is not responsible for the execution, quality, cancellation, or any circumstances related to the event.

2. Liability

The Buyer understands that they are purchasing a ticket for an event organized by a third party. All responsibilities regarding event execution and access control lie with the Event Organizer.

Hambax is not liable for:

  • denial of entry due to violation of dress code;
  • appearance under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
  • aggressive or inappropriate behavior;
  • violation of age restrictions;
  • cancellation, postponement, or change in event terms;
  • technical failures on the Organizer's side;
  • refunds for purchased tickets.

All claims regarding the event experience, refunds, or entry policies must be directed to the respective Organizer.

3. Ticket Return and Cancellation

Ticket returns are not permitted unless explicitly required by law.

By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer confirms understanding that:

  • tickets are non-refundable;
  • entry is at the discretion of security and event organizers;
  • violating any of the above may result in denied entry without refund.

4. Personal Data

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR regulations.

The Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data solely for the purpose of ticket purchase and support.

5. Email Communication and Ticket Delivery

By purchasing a ticket through Hambax, the user consents to receive transactional emails related to the order. These may include:

  • order confirmations,
  • electronic tickets,
  • event attendance instructions (if applicable),
  • notifications about changes, cancellations, or rescheduling.

These emails are an essential part of the service and cannot be opted out of without forfeiting the service (ticket purchase). Hambax does not send promotional or marketing messages without separate and voluntary consent from the user.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hambax makes no guarantees regarding the events listed on the Platform.

Hambax is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Buyer due to:

  • cancellation or postponement of the event,
  • denial of entry,
  • acts or omissions of the Organizer or third parties.

The Buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate data during purchase, including a valid email address for ticket delivery.

7. Final Provisions

Hambax reserves the right to amend this agreement. The latest version is always available on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised agreement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.
