A clear badge helps guests find the right person faster. At small and mid-sized events, the most useful roles are usually entrance, cash desk, bar, security, crew, technical support, speaker, volunteer, and organizer. Keep the role large enough to read from a few meters away and keep the organization name shorter than the role.

This generator is intentionally narrow: it is not a full design suite. It creates clean event staff badges that can be printed, inserted into a badge holder, or saved as an SVG file for later editing.

Give every operational role a visible badge before doors open. That makes it easier for guests, venue staff, artists, volunteers, and security to identify who handles which part of the event. For cash desk and entry roles, use simple labels such as Kassierer, Einlass, Guest List, Scanner, or Event Team.

For better entrance flow, pair printed team badges with QR-code tickets and a scanner app. Badges help people identify the team; ticket scanning helps the team validate guests and prevent duplicate entries.

For lanyard badges, print on heavier paper if possible and cut with a ruler or paper cutter. If you use plastic holders, measure the visible insert size before printing the final version. The A4 print sheet is meant for quick event preparation, so you can create several copies of the same role in one pass.

Avoid adding too much text. A badge that says “Kassierer” and “Event Team” is usually more useful at the door than a badge with a long department name, a full website address, and several small lines nobody can read.
